Deadlines for submissions
Submissions for oral/poster/symposia presentations and preconference workshops must be received electronically and no later than 7th May, 2026, 23:59 CET (extended deadline) to be considered for inclusion in the program. Consider submitting your abstract earlier than this deadline: SRNT-E welcomes early submissions!
Rapid response submissions
Abstract submission will be opening for one additional week between 15th June 09.00 CET to the 21st June 23:59 CET. Due to the high number of abstracts submitted for the 7th of May deadline there are limited places in the programme, therefore we cannot guarantee acceptance.
